I have been in the sauna [program] for almost a month. When I started the program I had started taking medication for a blood disorder. I have just finished the sauna and I went to the physician three days ago and my blood results were much better than expected. Both my doctor and I were surprised that the results of the tests were as good as they were. I think that staying free from drugs, a more positive outlook on life and the sauna program all contributed to the test results that I received.
